Frequently Asked Questions

For telephone or written confirmation of a booking by our guests, there are no cancellation costs up to 3 months before arrival. For cancellations less than three months, we charge 40% up to 31 days before arrival, 70% up to 1 week before arrival, and 90% up to 1 day before arrival. For late arrival, early departure and cancellations, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply. Only the processing fee of EUR 30 is charged for processing cancellations.

It is best to use our QUICK-CHECK-IN service before you start your holiday. By doing so, we can already prepare all the documents for your arrival. You will find all further information in your booking confirmation.

On the day of your arrival, the earliest you can check in to your apartment is 3:30 pm. If you arrive after 7:00 pm, please contact us briefly by telephone or by email. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am.

Directly in front of Arabella, there are ample outdoor parking spaces available free of charge. If you wish, you can also reserve an underground parking space in the immediate vicinity of the hotel at a cost of 9 EUR per day. Send us a short mail if you are interested.

For maximum comfort, all apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, cooking and dining utensils, Nespresso machine, free WI-FI, flat screen TV, safe, towels, hairdryer and a furnished terrace.

You can order our Arabella "breakfast basket" every evening. Your personal basket with freshly baked bread and pastries from the Nauderer baker, Nespresso capsules, drinking chocolate or organic tea will be available from 6 am. 
This service is available to you daily except Sundays - because even the baker needs a day off!

At our partner restaurants in Nauders, Arabella guests enjoy a 10% VIP discount on the excellent cuisine. We will be happy to inform you about the best addresses in town and reserve your table for you. 

 As a further alternative to the classic half board, we offer you a shopping service with regional products from the three-countries region. Order easily and comfortably from home and on your arrival you will find the selected specialities from Nauders & South Tyrol in your apartment. The freshly prepared gourmet boxes in particular are perfect if you want to spend the first evening stress-free with your family in the apartment.

Twice a week, we offer a "Tyrolean Evening" in collaboration with gourmet specialist TreGusto. Selected regional products for a typical Tyrolean ‘Marend’ are delivered free of charge.

As a further alternative to classic half-board, we offer you a home delivery service from selected culinary partners. Even before you arrive, you can order freshly prepared gourmet boxes with regional products from the border triangle, so that you can spend the first evening stress-free with your family in the apartment.

During your stay, you can use your tablet to conveniently order your dinner from the apartment. Pizzas, burgers and salads or regional products from the delicatessen specialist TreGusto for a typical "Tyrolean evening" are delivered to the Arabella on time and paid for without cash via the apartment bill. Via tablet you can keep an eye on the status of your order at all times and know exactly when dinner will arrive - for a completely relaxed end to the day.

For a small surcharge (€5.90) you can get a bathrobe at the reception for the duration of your stay.

Bed linen, towels, shower towels and tea towels are ready for you in the apartment. Towels are also available in the swimming pool and wellness area.

You can use the indoor adventure pool in the basement daily between 07:30 am and 9:00 pm. The Sky Sauna (from age 16) on the 4th floor is available in winter from Sunday to Friday from 4 to 8 pm. The AraVita family sauna is open daily in winter from 4 to 8 pm. In summer, saunas alternate and one is open from 5:00 to 8:30 pm.

In the indoor swimming pool, you swim at a comfortably warm 31°C water temperature. Pamper yourself in the whirlpool at a hot 36°C.

Arabella has its own lockable ski room where you can store your winter sports equipment free of charge.
The Arabella depot boxes directly at the Nauders valley station are particularly practical. Exclusively for our guests, we provide 21 ski depots with electronic locking systems and automatic drying. The all-round carefree package for 2 adults and a child up to 12 years costs just €39.50 per week. Please send us a short e-mail and we will be happy to reserve a depot for you.

Your bike and equipment are in good hands in our locked bike cellar. You can reach the bike garage directly from the car park via a ramp. You will find a washing area directly in front of the entrance door.

For 15 years, we have positioned ourselves as an allergy-friendly house and unfortunately do not accept pets. We hope you will be able to find a temporary home for your pet with friends, acquaintances or relatives for the duration of your holiday.

When you reach Nauders, stay on the B180 Reschenpass road and drive about 600 m from the 1st entrance NORD (North) to the 2nd entrance SÜD (South). Then turn left until reaching the fork in the road. Turn left again, passing the Hotel Almhof. After approx. 150 metres you will see the "Treffpunkt Clima" on the right-hand side. Take a sharp left and you’ve arrived at your new home away from home!

Children from 0 to 3 years old are free of charge. Starting from the completed third year of life, there will be an additional fee in Winter 2024 of €24 or in Summer 2024 of €25 per day. Occasionally, errors in the children's ages may occur, so we'd like to note: if the actual ages at check-in differ from the booking information, additional charges for extra persons will be automatically applied.
