BOOKING INFORMATION

Prices are per day and apartment. Minimum occupancy in cat. L = 2 persons and cat. XL = 4 persons; Surcharge for each additional person is €20 per day. Includes bed linen, towels, bath towels for indoor swimming pool and sauna, dishtowels, dishes and cooking utensils, all energy costs and a parking space. Free use of the internet (Wi-Fi), the brand new spa-area CLOUD 78 with indoor pool, jacuzzy, bio-sauna, steam bath and sauna, the Sky Sauna, the play and sports facilities, and the fun and living rooms.

Not included are the local taxes (€2.80 per person and day) for guests over the age of 14 and the costs for final cleaning and compensation in case of loss or damage of the inventory.

One-time costs for the final cleaning of the apartments:
Category L: €68.00
Category XL: €88.00


Where can I park my car: 
Directly in front of Arabella, there are ample outdoor parking spaces available free of charge. If you wish, you can also reserve an underground parking space in the immediate vicinity of the hotel at a cost of 9 EUR per day. Send us a short mail if you are interested.


 Are pets allowed at Aparthotel Arabella:
For 15 years, we have positioned ourselves as an allergy-friendly house and unfortunately do not accept pets. We hope you will be able to find a temporary home for your pet with friends, acquaintances or relatives for the duration of your holiday.


Moving into the apartments: 
Your apartment can be occupied from 3:30 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 am.


 Booking modalities:
The booking is binding after receipt of your deposit according to the reservation confirmation.


What payment methods are accepted:
 We ask you to pay your bill in cash or by EC debit card (Maestro) the day before your departure. You are also welcome to transfer the entire amount or a deposit before your arrival. How long can I cancel for free: For telephone or written confirmation of a booking by our guests, there are no cancellation costs up to 3 months before arrival. For cancellations less than three months, we charge 40% up to 31 days before arrival, 70% up to 1 week before arrival, and 90% up to 1 day before arrival. For late arrival, early departure and cancellations, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply.
