From the time of the phone or written confirmation of the booking by our guests, the following cancellation fees apply:

No cancellation fees up to 3 months before arrival 40% of the total booking cost up to 31 days before arrival 70% of the total booking cost up to 1 week before arrival 90% of the total booking cost up to 1 day before arrival

For late arrivals, early departures, and cancellations, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply, which you can read here: AGBH 2006.

Our Travel Protection Recommendation

Should you need insurance for your trip, we highly recommend the Europäische Versicherung: Europäische Versicherung.

It's best to use our QUICK CHECK-IN before your vacation begins. This way, we can prepare all the documents for your arrival in advance. You will find all further information in your booking confirmation.

Your apartment will be available for check-in from 3:30 PM at the earliest on your arrival day. If you plan to arrive after 7:00 PM, please contact us briefly by phone or email. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM.

There are plenty of free outdoor parking spaces available directly in front of the Arabella. If desired, you can also reserve an underground parking space near the hotel for €9 per day. If you're interested, please send us a short email.

For maximum comfort, all apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, cooking and dining utensils, a Nespresso machine, free Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV, a safe, hand and bath towels, a hairdryer, and a furnished terrace.

You can conveniently order our Arabella breakfast basket the day before using the tablet in your apartment. Starting at 6 AM, your personal basket will be ready with freshly baked bread and pastries from the Nauders bakery, various spreads, Nespresso capsules, hot chocolate, or organic tea. Payment is made at the end of your stay via your apartment bill. With this breakfast service, we pamper you daily!

At our partner restaurants in Nauders, Arabella guests enjoy VIP bonuses. You’ll find a selection of the best spots in town on the tablet in your apartment. We are also happy to personally inform you about your options and can reserve a table for you upon request.

As an alternative to traditional half-board, we offer a grocery delivery service featuring regional products from the tri-border area. Simply order from home, and upon your arrival, you'll find selected specialties from Nauders and South Tyrol in your apartment. The freshly prepared gourmet boxes are especially perfect if you want to enjoy a stress-free first evening with your family in the apartment.

Twice a week, we offer the "Tyrolean Evening" through the fine food specialist TreGusto. Selected regional products for a typical Tyrolean "Marend" will be delivered directly to your door.

As another alternative to traditional half-board, we offer a home delivery service through selected culinary partners. Even before your arrival, you can order freshly prepared gourmet boxes with regional products from the tri-border area to enjoy a stress-free first evening with your family in the apartment.

During your stay, you can conveniently order your dinner from the apartment using the tablet. Pizzas, burgers, salads, or regional products from the fine food specialist TreGusto for a typical "Tyrolean Evening" will be delivered to the Arabella on time and paid for cashlessly via your apartment bill. Using the tablet, you can keep track of your order status and know exactly when your dinner will arrive—ensuring a relaxed end to your day.

Upon request, you can receive a bathrobe for the duration of your stay at the reception for a small fee (€5.90).

Bed linen, hand, bath, and dish towels are provided in your apartment. You will also find towels available for free use in the swimming pool and wellness area.

Our swimming pool, BERG.SEE, awaits you daily with a cozy 31°C in winter and 30°C in summer, from 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM. The WOLKEN.INSEL lounge is open during the same hours. Our outdoor whirlpool, GIPFEL.GRUSS, is open daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

The new steam bath, MÄRCHEN.STUNDE, is open daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On the ground floor, you’ll find our new Finnish sauna, BERG.FEUER, and our bio sauna, NATUR.GEIST, along with the cold-air room, SINNES.WANDEL, and the relaxation room, TRÄUME.LAND.

Our SKY.SAUNA is located on the fourth floor. The saunas are open daily from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM, except on Saturdays when only the SKY.SAUNA is open.

In the indoor pool, you can swim in a cozy 31°C during the winter (or 30°C in the summer), and the outdoor whirlpool in the garden pampers you with a warm 35°C all year round.

The Arabella has its own secure ski storage room where you can store your winter sports equipment free of charge.
Particularly convenient are the Arabella storage lockers located directly at the valley station in Nauders. Exclusively for our guests, we offer 21 ski depots with electronic locking systems and automatic drying. The all-inclusive package for 2 adults and one child up to 12 years old costs only €46.50 per week. Just send us a short email, and we will be happy to reserve a depot for you.

Your bike and equipment are securely stored in our locked bike depot. You can access the depot directly from the parking lot via a ramp, and there is a washing station located right in front of the entrance.

For the past 15 years, we have positioned ourselves as an allergy-friendly establishment, and therefore, unfortunately, we do not accept pets. We hope you can find good accommodations for your furry friend with friends, acquaintances, or family during your vacation.

Once you reach Nauders, stay on the B180 Reschenpassstraße and continue about 600 meters from the first entrance to the town (NORD) to the second entrance (SÜD). Then, turn left and continue to the fork in the road, pass by Hotel Almhof on the left, and after about 150 meters, you will see the "Treffpunkt Clima" on your right—take a sharp left turn here, and welcome to your vacation destination!

We now offer our guests, upon special request, our brand-new "Do-It-Yourself" laundry service. Take advantage of the service during your stay, using the top-of-the-line Miele machines, available exclusively for Arabella guests. For only €12 per wash, including dryer use, you can easily take care of your laundry yourself. This way, you'll have more time for the enjoyable things in life and can fully enjoy your stay with us.

Children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge. Starting from the third completed year, a surcharge of €26 per day applies in winter 2024. As errors regarding children's age occasionally occur, we would like to point out that, should the actual data at check-in differ from the booking details, the surcharge for additional persons will automatically be applied.

We kindly ask you to settle your bill in cash or by debit card the day before your departure. You are also welcome to transfer the total amount or a deposit prior to your arrival. Our bank details are as follows:
