A Nest Above the Rooftops: A quiet place just for us. Here, we retreat, breathe deeply, and look south. Sheltered, light, and full of peace – a little cloud haven for true time-out moments.

Mediterranean tiles, Weitzer parquet flooring, and ashwood furniture handcrafted by local carpenters create a harmonious living experience. The atmosphere is enhanced by Sto-Calce lime plaster, carefully selected fabrics from a small weaving mill, and wallpapers that bring depth and character to the bedrooms.

Equipment

Thoughtfully equipped for relaxed days: The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a combined living and sleeping area, two bedrooms with double beds – one of them with a multifunctional extra bed (usable as a couch, additional, or children’s bed), two bathrooms with spacious showers, and a separate WC.

Highlights: Bora cooktop, Nespresso machine, and your personal ArabellaPAD for food orders, helpful information, and activities during your stay.

Direction

The furnished south-facing terrace opens up views across the Arabella garden and up to our local mountain, the Bergkastel – a peaceful spot to pause, breathe, and be present.

Depending on its location on the first, second, or third floor, this apartment becomes your own personal nest – protected, quiet, and wonderfully tucked away.

All saunas, the relaxation area, and the lounge for recharging your energy embrace you with refined natural materials and atmospheric lighting. Scents, sounds, and tactile sensations make every sauna session a memorable experience. Here, all your senses embark on a journey, coming to rest as if cradled on a cloud.

Sky Sauna

FROM 16 YEARS ONWARDS

For a premium-class sweat session, head up to the adults-only Sky Sauna above the rooftops of Nauders. "Breathtaking" is the perfect way to describe the first impression—and not just because of the fiery infusions in the elegant Finnish sauna, but also because of the stunning view. With this seemingly frameless panoramic view of the Austrian and Swiss mountains, no other sauna can compare.

The surrounding rooftop terrace is equally captivating, with its mesmerizing landscape and sky. Breathe in the fresh air down to your lungs’ deepest corners, and feel refreshed in every sense while outdoors.
