Just in time for the winter season: familiar, yet fresher than ever. On November 29th, the time had finally come: our renovation is complete – and we’re beyond excited to show you the Arabella, shining in new splendor.

Because: The renovation is officially complete – and that’s all we’re revealing for now. From now on, it’s all about the surprise! We don’t want to spoil the wow effect when you first walk in – trust us, it’s going to be a true Arabella experience! 

Things are moving – and at a really good pace! Most of the tiles are already in place, giving our rooms a fresh and radiant look.

The painters are also nearly done, adding the final touches with a great sense of color and style. At the same time, our installers are busy completing the remaining work – and they’re right on schedule.

It’s getting colorful – and truly beautiful! Day by day, our Arabella is taking shape – and with every wall and every room, it’s becoming more and more tangible: a place to arrive, breathe deeply, and feel at home.

Many walls already shine in a fresh new look. At the same time, the wallpaper team is hard at work, adding stylish character to each room and bringing the unique Arabella feeling to life.

The carpenters have arrived and are giving our new apartments their cozy heart, one detail at a time.

Floors are being laid, ceilings are coming together – and you can already feel it: that unmistakable Arabella atmosphere is slowly taking shape. There’s still plenty to do, but the light at the end of the construction site is getting brighter every day.

The big decisions have been made. The rooms are in place, the concept is alive – and now it’s time for the details that create real atmosphere.

The quiet things. The ones you might not notice right away, but instantly feel. Over the past few days, we’ve carefully selected vases, compared tableware, coordinated décor and ordered beautiful bath essentials. Not by chance – but with intention.
Because every single piece tells a little piece of the Arabella story.

66 days until reopening – and we're right on schedule!

The tilers have arrived and are adding charm to our new spaces step by step with stylish surfaces. At the same time, our carpenters are on site, already working on the first ceilings – with great care and precision.

This week brings more news from our construction site: we've decided to completely renovate the hallways as well.

From the moment you step inside, you’ll feel what the new Arabella is all about. Natural materials, soft lighting, and carefully chosen details create an atmosphere of calm and comfort. With sustainable Calcia plaster, new ambient lighting, and freshly laid floors, our concept of warmth and design now flows throughout the entire house.

There's sanding, drilling – and soon, living!

Our painters are currently working with great care on the finishing touches. The drywall is already in place, and the Calche plaster is giving the rooms their natural texture – and today, the tiler has arrived as well. With stylish surfaces, he’s now adding character and charm to our new apartments, step by step.

Progress with heart & precision – week by week

Our electrician has done a fantastic job – the foundation for a cozy, atmospheric lighting concept is in place. At the same time, the drywall crew has been hard at work. Many small tasks are already completed, and we’re currently right on schedule.
Next week, it’s time for the next step: the painter is coming!

To ensure the tiler and painter can soon get started with the Calcia plaster, preparations are currently running at full speed. Our plumber and electrician are on site, carefully setting up all the technical systems – from wiring and connections to the fine-tuning of lighting, heating, and water.

Day by day, we're making progress! But before something new can arise, we first need to make room.

With many helping hands, we’re clearing things out and steadily moving closer to our goal. A huge thank you to our craftsmen, housekeeping team, and the ladies at reception – you’re amazing.

Sometimes plans change faster than you can put on a hard hat. Originally, we intended to renovate 11 apartments – now it’s 12!

Our “Bergbegegnung L” on the 2nd floor, which was actually meant to remain untouched, will now also receive a complete makeover. At first, our site manager was speechless, then surprised – and now it’s all systems go! Plans are being adjusted, deliveries rescheduled, and the team is mobilizing every resource to integrate this additional renovation into the timeline.

Sometimes, things deserve a second round – not because they aren’t good, but because they can be even better. With our two extravagant L-Apartments, our gut feeling was only at 90%.

So, we went for a spontaneous sampling session 2.0 – with fresh ideas, more options and, of course, Stefan by our side. Now we know: these two apartments will be something truly special. Different. Bolder. Unmistakably unique.

Perfectly matched – down to fabrics, colours and shapes.
When it comes to curtains, wallpapers, sofas and chairs, we don’t just look for quality – we look for feeling.

When it comes to interiors, nothing is left to chance.
Every fabric, every colour, every shape is carefully chosen – to create spaces that not only look beautiful, but radiate warmth and a true sense of home.

Of course, our youngest ray of sunshine couldn’t be missing: little Ludwig – just three weeks old – joined us in his stroller as we visited the carpenter with our architect Stefan and our trusted craftsman Werner from EWOS.

Wood, furniture, surfaces – everything was chosen with great care and sensitivity. A true passion project, just as it should be here at Arabella.

This year, we’re once again choosing top quality when it comes to tiles – with an even stronger focus on regional craftsmanship:

Our new partner from the neighbouring village is laying them with great care and attention to detail – someone who shares both our trust and our values. And because we love the genuine and authentic, the tiles – as always – come from Italy: stylish, durable and simply beautiful.
