Heat the soup in a pot, pour into bowls, and finish with truffle oil.
Main Course Preparation

Melt the butter over medium heat and sear the beef tenderloin for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Add the prawns and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

Place the polenta pieces on a plate and heat in the microwave for 3–4 minutes, or alternatively warm them in a pan.

Place the broccoli on a plate and heat it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or alternatively warm it in a pan with butter.

Heat the sauce in a small pot and pour it over the meat cooked to your preference.

Prepare the plates: arrange the polenta pieces and broccoli on the plates. Drain the cooked prawns and place them on the plates together with the beef fillet. Finish by pouring the cognac sauce over the meat. The feast is ready to be served!
