Honestly, I don't even know where to start, the place is absolutely gorgeous, but, the service is terrible, and on top of the already expensive room, that comes without soap, dishwashing liquid, etc. you have to pay extra for breakfast and lunch. Perfect location, close to whatever you need - restaurants, ski rental, skibus stop, shops, pharmacy even doctor (hopefully not reqired). Very friendly and helpful staff. Can comunicate in English ( ;) ) Reasonable price. Big comfortable and well equiped appartments.

We were at magical Arabella for the fourth time and we will return there many times in the future. Only at Arabella we are able to relax 200%. Everything is perfect there. Rooms, swimming pool, saunas, jacuzzi and lobby. A perfect place to spend time with family.
